The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its flimsy design, hard plastic seats and a design that feels old-fashioned. It's also expensive compared to other lightweight strollers which is why it's not a good choice if you're looking for an economical option.
It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features that it is worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can jump curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs hang in that way. And the lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider, and then press a large white button. This can be a hassle particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that will fit a medium diaper bag. It's a little narrow however, and you'll likely have to put something in to reach back to take it out. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Their first products included diapers and crib pads, but they now manufacture an array of baby items including highchairs as well as strollers, infant car seats and toys. Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's ideal for travel. It's extremely light at 18lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit children of different heights. It also has a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also awesome for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and possess a good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller has three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxurious features that make it ideal for travel. It folds up easily and is very mobile. It is easily able to fit in overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct differences. It's a bit more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds, but it has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket, a parent storage pocket and more. It is also compatible with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easy to engage. It's designed to adapt to your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking capability and therefore may not be the best option for steep or rocky terrain. It is able to maneuver well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though it's an excellent option for most families.

The recline feature is simple to use, but it doesn't really go flat. Taller children may have a leg hanging when in reclined mode. It also has a huge canopy which we found to be better at blocking out sun than some other options in our best double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to navigate through door frames, which was a major issue for us with other models we tried. It folds up quickly, and its handlebars are close to the ground for easy transportation. Its only downside is its relatively small storage space, which feels tight when stuffed with things for kids.
