Some come with rider boards for older children. But, they're not all created equal. Some are elegant and simple to use, while others are bulky, heavy and difficult to fold or store.

The UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double is a different model that our test subjects loved, especially for its sleek design and ease of use. It can accommodate two infant car seats, or a toddler's bassinet as well as a seat without the need for adapters, and its rear seat can be removed to transform it into a triple or quad stroller. It comes with a large basket for storage, and can be upgraded by adding a parent organizer and all-terrain tires, as as side storage bags.
Billingsley says that the most suitable double stroller to use for toddlers is one that offers numerous options for customization. This includes a bassinet or seat that can be removed. This is due to toddlers having limitations in endurance, and a stroller with a bassinet attachment will provide them with a safe space to nap.
